摘要： The present invention relates to a transgenic pig secreting sTNFR1-Fc, which has inserted therein genes coding for sTNFR1-Fc having an extracellular region for the soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor (sTNFR1) which is fused to an Fc region of an immunoglobulin. The present invention also relates to a method for producing the transgenic pig, organs separated from the transgenic pig, a somatic cell donor cell line in which sTNFR1-Fc genes are inserted, a method for preparing blood including sTNFR1-Fc and to a method for preparing human sTNFR1-Fc from the blood of the transgenic pig. The transgenic pig may secrete substances for inhibiting TNF-a activity in blood, and thus may inhibit immune response and inflammation response, and therefore may be valuably used in heterotransplantation. In addition, the transgenic pig of the present invention has type O blood, and therefore may be transplanted for inhibiting an inflammatory response regardless of blood type.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for increasing the efficiency of offspring production in producing animals belonging to the family Canidae (canines) by somatic cell nuclear transfer. More specifically, relates to a method for increasing the efficiency of production of cloned canines by a method for cloning canines comprising enucleating the oocyte of a canine to prepare an enucleated oocyte, fusing a nuclear donor cell with the enucleated oocyte to prepare a nuclear transfer embryo and transferring the nuclear transfer embryo into the oviduct of a surrogate mother, wherein the nuclear donor cell is cultured in a medium containing a specific cell cycle synchronization-inducing substance such as roscovitine in the preparation thereof. The method enables to clone canines with high efficiency, and thus can contribute to the development of studies in the fields of veterinary medicine, anthropology and medical science such as the propagation of superior canines, the conservation of rare or nearly extinct canines, xenotransplantation and disease animal models.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of producing a transgenic cloned cow expressing human prourokinase by gene targeting using a transfection technique in combination with somatic cell cloning, comprising the steps of introducing an exogenous gene encoding human prourokinase into adult cow-derived somatic cells and producing a cloned cow using the transfected somatic cells carrying the exogenous gene expressing human prourokinase, and a transgenic cloned cow produced by such a method. Also, the present invention discloses a method of obtaining human prourokinase from cow’s milk using such a transgenic cloned cow expressing human prourokinase in the mammary gland.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a cloned canine and a production method thereof. The method comprises the steps of enucleating the oocyte of a canine to prepare an enucleated recipient oocyte, conducting nuclear transfer into the enucleated oocyte using a canine somatic cell as a nuclear donor cell under optimized conditions so as to prepare a nuclear transfer embryo, and transferring the nuclear transfer embryo into the oviduct of a surrogate mother. The present invention provides a method for producing cloned canines and thus, can contribute to the development of studies in veterinary medicine, anthropology and medical science such as the propagation of superior canines, the conservation of rare or nearly extinct canines, xenotransplantation and disease animal models.
